The Area

The Doughnut Factory, 10 Warple Mews, Acton W3 0RF

Overview

In response to research by the Ealing Creative Links Partnership & the West London Media Strategy, as well as direct feedback from local business people, Action Acton has newly completed The Doughnut Factory. This is a spacious, flexible and competitively priced workspace, primarily aimed at creative and multi-media businesses or start-ups which are based, or looking to move to, West London.

With a wide variety of rental arrangements, broadband, free business support to tenants, a choice of individual desks or separate offices, and full meeting room facilities, The Doughnut Factory provides an affordable premises solution for individuals and small businesses looking to expand. It will be a creative and dynamic environment, encouraging clustering, collaboration and innovation and our partnership with Thames Valley University will provide training and opportunities to work with Higher Education in the sector.

Why the Doughnut Factory?

By licensing on a desk basis rather than m2, our customers don’t waste funds on space they don’t need or can’t fill, and have the flexibility to grow or reduce when they need without penalty.

The Doughnut Factory is also more than just office space. It has been designed to encourage an exciting creative and commercial mix where people meet, create new partnerships and exchange ideas. As well as a dynamic creative environment, tenants will also be able to access a range of business support services and information in one of the focal points of the creative hub in West London.

With its flexible rental agreements, networking opportunities and on-site business support, it is the ideal solution for creative practitioners looking to grow and develop their businesses.

Other Services:

Virtual Office

The virtual office service will enable customers to run their business from home but benefit from our address and telephone handling options. With the diverse nature of the overall creative industries sector, it is important that the Doughnut Factory acts to serve these remote businesses where appropriate across West London Virtual Office also entitles you to discounts off hire charges for meeting and conference rooms, and you can also use images of the building in your company literature.

Conference/meeting room facilities (also available to non-tenants)

Conference facilities suitable for training sessions, one-to-one focus groups, board meetings or conferences for up to 25 people. They can be hired on day, half-day or hourly rates.

Access to business support services

Action Acton’s tailored business advice, training and mentoring services are available to all tenants to encourage and optimise growth. The support services will be aimed at stimulating business start ups and growth within this specialist sector.
